At Laazaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the tracking delivery date).
  • Items must be:
    Unworn and in their original condition
    With original tags attached
    In clear garment packaging with SKU labels

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  1. Beauty products
  2. Bodysuits
  3. Face masks
  4. Intimates/Lingerie
  5. Jewelry
  6. Swimwear
  7. Open-pack wholesale orders

⚠️ Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined entirely.


2. How to Initiate a Return

📩 Email us at contactus@laazaar.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos (if required for verification, e.g., damaged or incorrect items)

We will guide you through the return process and provide return instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A shipping error (wrong item received)
  • A damaged or defective item

3. Refund Process

💳 Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
🕒 Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.

📦 Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will conduct an investigation. If confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please:
